Swiss Chems review: A capsule-heavy research-chemical store with one of the larger public lab-results pages in this group and a purity refund you could actually claim

A capsule-heavy research-chemical store with one of the larger public lab-results pages in this group and a purity refund you could actually claim, carrying an FDA warning letter from December 2024 and a returns policy that excludes peptides and adds fees. Usable if you read the lot report first and never expect to send anything back.

Quick take

Swiss Chems, written SwissChems on its own site, is a research-chemical store that sells capsules first, SARMs, nootropics and bioregulators among them, and peptides in vials second. Despite the name, the address on its FDA warning letter is 42 Broadway in New York, and a third-party wiki dates the company to 2018 and places it in New York as well. The peptide shelf includes BPC-157 with Arginine Salt in 5 mg and 10 mg vials, a BPC-157 capsule product, Bronchogen, 5-Amino-1MQ and GLP-class products. The capsule-first catalog tells you something about the kind of buyer the store is built for, and a peptide purchaser will find the peptide section a smaller part of a larger research-chemical shop. Two things define the offer: one of the larger public lab-results pages in this group, backed by a purity refund, and an FDA warning letter from December 2024 plus a returns policy with fees that you will want to read twice.

We read the product pages for both BPC-157 formats, the Independent Test Results page, the FAQ and the How To Pay page, and we read the FDA letter on fda.gov. The contact page returned HTTP 403 to our fetch, so the phone number and email in our record come from other pages on the site.

The FDA letter, stated plainly

The FDA issued a warning letter dated December 10, 2024 to SwissChems concerning GLP-class products offered as unapproved new drugs on swisschems.is, after reviewing the website in October 2024. The letter is published at https://www.fda.gov/inspections-compliance-enforcement-and-criminal-investigations/warning-letters/swisschems-695663-12102024. Whether the products named in the letter remain listed was not verified during our check. The letter is addressed to the company at a New York address, and that address is the only one we have for it, since the site itself shows none.

As with any supplier carrying an FDA letter, what you do with that depends on your purchasing rules. If your laboratory excludes suppliers with an open letter, the review ends here. If it does not, the documentation below is unusually detailed, and you should weigh the two together rather than letting either one decide alone.

What the lab-results page shows

The FAQ names Janoshik Analytical as the principal laboratory and states that reports are specific to each lot. The Independent Test Results page lists 126 reports with View Report links and no sign of a login requirement, though the page text itself does not name the laboratory, so you have to open a report to see who signed it. Product pages link batch-specific HPLC reports and GC-MS or LC-MS screens for contamination and heavy metals, which is a broader panel than most suppliers publish. The company describes its laboratories as independent and ISO-accredited; that is its own claim. Endotoxin and sterility testing are not mentioned.

Opening a report from the results page, you are looking for three things: the laboratory’s name on the document, a batch number that you can later match to a vial, and a date. The company’s FAQ says all three should be there; confirm it for the specific product you want before you order, because a 126-report library is only useful if the report for your batch is in it.

The purity guarantee has teeth, which is rare. If independent HPLC testing at a licensed facility disagrees with the stated purity, the company refunds the cost of the test and the full order including shipping. A supplier that puts that in writing is inviting you to check its work, and if you have access to a laboratory, you can.

Prices, shipping, returns and who this suits

BPC-157 appears in two forms. A bottle of 60 capsules at 0.5 mg each, 30 mg in total, is $85.95. BPC-157 with Arginine Salt showed a homepage price range of $39.99 to $599.50 across 5 mg and 10 mg vials in packs of one or ten, but the product page itself showed no price and was out of stock at our check, so we record no 5 mg price and no price tier. If you want the vial, check that it is back in stock before you plan an order around it.

US orders paid before 12 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day by FedEx or USPS, and later orders ship the next business day. Shipping is free over $100 in the US and over $300 internationally, so this is one of the US suppliers in this group that will ship abroad. For a buyer outside the US, the $300 international threshold is high but at least exists, which puts the company ahead of the many US suppliers here that will not ship abroad at any price. Payments are card, crypto, Zelle and ACH. The FAQ says card charges appear under the descriptor “OPTIMUS DATA” rather than the company name, and that a chargeback places the buyer on a no-sell list; both are things to know before you pay by card.

Returns are narrow and costly. Only unopened, resealable SARMs, PCT products and MEPs are accepted, within seven business days of confirmed delivery, with the buyer paying return shipping, a 15% restocking fee per product and a $25 processing fee per transaction, and shipping is not refunded. Peptide vials are not on the returnable list at all. In practice, if you buy a peptide here, you are keeping it, and the purity refund is your only recourse.

Contact is support@swisschems.is and +1 (870) 533-5581. The Trustpilot profile for swisschems.io shows as removed, and no profile exists for swisschems.is, so there is no independent review source. A research-use-only disclaimer is present.

If you want lot-specific Janoshik reports you can open before ordering, a purity refund you could actually claim, international shipping and a choice of payment methods, and you can live with an FDA letter in the file and no returns on peptides, Swiss Chems is usable. If you want a straightforward return window, a peptide-focused catalog or a company whose name matches its address, it is not. Read the lot report first, note the card descriptor, and do not expect to send anything back.

The good

The public Independent Test Results page lists 126 reports with View Report links and no sign of a login requirement.

The FAQ names the principal laboratory, Janoshik Analytical, and states that reports are specific to each lot.

Product pages link batch-specific HPLC reports plus GC-MS or LC-MS screens for contamination and heavy metals.

If independent HPLC testing disagrees with the stated purity, the company refunds the cost of the test and the full order including shipping.

Shipping is free over $100 in the US and $300 internationally, with same-day dispatch for orders paid before 12 PM Eastern.

The bad

The FDA issued a warning letter dated December 10, 2024 concerning GLP-class products offered on swisschems.is.

Returns are limited to SARMs, PCT products and MEPs within seven business days, with a 15% restocking fee per product and a $25 processing fee per transaction; peptide vials are not returnable at all.

Card charges appear under the descriptor 'OPTIMUS DATA', and the FAQ says a chargeback puts the buyer on a no-sell list.

The Trustpilot profile for swisschems.io shows as removed, no profile exists for swisschems.is, and the contact page returned HTTP 403 to our fetch.

The name suggests Switzerland, but the FDA letter address is in New York, and the 5 mg BPC-157 vial was out of stock with no price shown.

Should you order here?

If you want lot-specific Janoshik reports you can open before ordering, a purity refund you could actually claim, international shipping and a choice of payment methods, and you can live with an FDA letter in the file and no returns on peptides, Swiss Chems is usable. If you want a straightforward return window, a peptide-focused catalog or a company whose name matches its address, it is not. Read the lot report first, note the card descriptor, and do not expect to send anything back.
