Price check
One reference item, every supplier that lists it, cheapest first. The star rating sits next to each price so you can see what you give up for a lower number.
A like-for-like listing is not available for every supplier. Some sell the reference item in other sizes or as a pen, some only show prices after login. Those suppliers are in the second table below. Median listed price across the field: $47.25.
Editorial ratings, not user reviews. Prices read October 2026; always confirm on the supplier's site.

Reading the table
- Price alone says nothing about the certificate behind the vial. Check the rating and the review before the price wins the argument.
- Free-shipping thresholds matter more on small first orders than headline prices do.
- 7 suppliers in the rated table carry a public FDA warning letter and are capped at 3.0 stars regardless of price. See the avoid page.
- All listings are for laboratory research use only.
Questions buyers ask
Why BPC-157 5 mg?
It is the listing most suppliers carry in the same size, which makes it the closest thing to a like-for-like price check across the field. It is a reference point for comparing storefronts, nothing more.
Why are some suppliers missing a price?
Some suppliers do not list that item, sell it only in a different size or format (a 10 mg vial or a prefilled pen, say), or do not show prices without an account. Those suppliers appear in the second table with whatever shipping information they do publish.
Does a low price raise the rating?
A little. Pricing is 15% of the formula, and a listed price below the field median earns extra points. Testing, trust and the public record still decide most of the stars, so the cheapest row is rarely the top-rated one.
Are these prices live?
No. Each price was read from the supplier's own page during our last check (October 2026) and may have changed. Treat the table as a starting point and confirm on the supplier's site.
