Quick take
BioLongevity Labs is the retail brand of F2 Nutrition LLC in Akron, Ohio. It publishes more about its testing process than most suppliers, names three outside laboratories, and keeps an open batch library. It also charges premium prices and keeps returns tight. For a lab that values documents over discounts, it is a serious option.
Who this supplier suits
A good match if you need public, per-batch certificates with endotoxin results, a named legal entity and address, card payment, and a route into Canada. The 46-item catalog is vials and blends only, with a bioregulator range and a Signature line, and we saw no GLP-class items on the shop page or in search.
A poor match if budget is the deciding factor, if you need a 5mg BPC-157 (none is sold; the 10mg standalone vial showed no price at our check), or if you want FedEx-speed shipping without a $400 basket to earn it free.
Testing in plain English
The COA process page describes four checks on each batch: identity by mass spectrometry, purity by LC-MS or UHPLC-MS, quantity, and endotoxin by LAL or recombinant Factor C. The supplier says it does not test its own material and names SafeCert Labs (described as an independent CLIA-certified facility), BioRegen and AV Analytics. Separate endotoxin reports sit alongside purity reports in the library, which is ordered newest first and filterable by product and batch.
Where it falls short: the library entries do not say which of the three labs produced each document, and the filenames use batch identifiers without dates, so you have to open the PDF to find the test date. No sterility test is listed. The BPC-157 TB-500 blend page states purity at 99% or better by HPLC in the specifications and UHPLC-MS in the testing section, a small inconsistency. GMP certification and membership of the American Peptide Association are claimed without a certificate shown.
Prices and shipping
This is the premium tier. The BPC-157 TB-500 blend (5mg + 5mg) is $119.97, Ipamorelin 10mg is $79.97, GHK-Cu 50mg is $84.97, Epithalon 20mg is $94.97 and Thymosin Alpha 1 10mg is $129.97.
Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific ship the same business day. Domestic transit is 3 to 5 business days by USPS Priority or 1 to 2 days expedited by FedEx 2 Day, Overnight or Saturday Delivery. Shipping is free over $400. International delivery is limited to Canada and select destinations.
Service, returns and payments
Email support only (help@biolongevitylabs.com); no phone number is published. The legal entity and street address are on the site, along with a research-use-only disclaimer, an FDA non-evaluation statement, a note that the company does not operate as a pharmacy, and a 21+ age gate.
Returns are the main friction. Unopened product can go back within 10 days of delivery, less a 15% restocking fee and the cost of the return label; cancellations are accepted by email before shipment only. If the carrier confirms a package was not delivered, the order is reshipped free. Payment is by major credit card only. The Trustpilot profile for the domain has been removed by Trustpilot for going against its guidelines.
Final word
BioLongevity Labs is for the buyer who reads the certificate before the price tag. Open the batch PDF, note the test date, and plan orders to clear the $400 free-shipping line. If the prices are too steep, several suppliers in our index offer open libraries at lower cost with fewer tests per batch.

BioLongevity Labs vs other suppliers
Questions buyers ask
Is BioLongevity Labs third-party tested?
Yes, according to its own documents. The COA process page names SafeCert Labs, AV Analytics and BioRegen and lists identity by mass spectrometry, purity by LC-MS or UHPLC-MS, quantity and endotoxin for each batch. The library at biolongevitylabs.com/coas/ is open behind an age gate. Individual entries do not show which lab produced them.
Where is BioLongevity Labs located?
The company is F2 Nutrition LLC at 405 Rothrock Rd #106, Akron, OH 44321. Contact is by email at help@biolongevitylabs.com; no phone number is published. Orders ship from the US.
Does BioLongevity Labs ship internationally?
In a limited way. The shipping page says international delivery is limited to Canada and select destinations. Domestic options are USPS Priority (3 to 5 business days) and FedEx 2 Day, Overnight and Saturday Delivery, with same-day dispatch before 12 PM Pacific.
What is the BioLongevity Labs return policy?
The company says it cannot normally accept returns because of the fragile nature of the products. The exception is unopened product within 10 days of delivery, refunded less a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping label. If the carrier confirms non-delivery, the order is reshipped at no cost.
