Who they are and what we checked
Peptide Pros has been selling online since 2013, which makes it one of the longer-running names in this group, and it is headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida, with orders going out from a facility in Colorado. The catalog is built around lyophilized vials, blends and bulk sizes of the familiar names, BPC 157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, Melanotan 2, SS-31 and NAD+ among them, but it also carries liquid SARMs such as GW-501516 and RAD-140 and a few other research chemicals in the same store. The one thing to know up front is that the company’s public certificate page stopped being updated in 2023.
We went through the site as a first-time buyer would. We opened the BPC-157 product page and looked for a certificate, read the COA reports page and downloaded a certificate from it, read the FAQ, the delivery guarantee and the about pages, and checked Trustpilot and the public record. What follows comes from those pages, and where a figure is the company’s own claim we say so.
The certificate page, and what is missing from it
The good news first. Peptide Pros names its laboratory, MZ Biolabs of Tucson, Arizona, and the certificates on its COA page are real lot-level documents. The one we opened for BPC-157 5 mg carries lot number AF98762213 and reports purity by mass spectrometry and UV-based methods. A lot number on a certificate is what lets you tie a document to the vial you receive, and plenty of suppliers never get that far.
Now the less good news. The page holds roughly 21 certificates dated between 2021 and 2023, and the company itself has labeled it “MORE DATA COMING SOON”. Nothing newer appears, and the BPC-157 product page does not link to a certificate for the lot currently shipping. In practice that means the paper trail covers lots you are unlikely to receive. The record also notes that the page once listed certificates for two GLP-class products in 2023, even though the homepage shows no such listings today. Endotoxin and sterility testing are not mentioned anywhere, and the company claims no certifications of its own.
Set against the rest of this group, that puts Peptide Pros in an awkward middle. It has shown that it knows how to publish a proper certificate, and then it stopped. If you need a document for your own lot, ask for it by phone before you pay, because you will not find it on the site.
Prices, shipping and how you can pay
Pricing sits in the middle of the market. BPC-157 5 mg is $47.25 at the time of our check, marked down from a list price of $56.60, and TB-500 2 mg is $37.25. Sermorelin 2 mg and Ipamorelin 2 mg are each $23.99, and NAD+ 500 mg is $149.95. The product pages carry a purity claim of 99% or better, which is the company’s own figure.
Most orders ship the same day from Colorado by USPS; orders placed after 12 pm Eastern go out the next day, Sundays excepted, and everything is processed within 24 hours. US Priority shipping is free on orders over $150, which is in line with peers, and the company ships internationally, which many US suppliers do not.
The payment menu is one of the widest we have seen. You can pay by card, ACH e-check, Bitcoin, mailed check or bank wire, so a buyer who wants the protection of a card payment is not pushed toward crypto. Support runs through a toll-free line, 1-888-391-1312. There is no email address and no street address published anywhere on the site, which is a gap for a company that has been around this long and is otherwise easy to reach.
Our advice
Returns are not accepted on products, for what the company calls health and safety reasons, so you need to understand the two guarantees that stand in for them. The first is a purity guarantee: anything that tests below 99% purity is replaced free. The second is a delivery guarantee: if a package never arrives, the company reships at no cost, once you have allowed 14 days domestic or 45 days international, and after two failed deliveries it offers a final reship or a refund minus shipping and 20%. Those are usable terms, but they are not a refund window, and you should order knowing that.
On the trust side there are two things to weigh. Trustpilot has removed the company’s profile with its standard notice that the profile goes against its guidelines, so there is no independent review source. And the site itself quotes several different review totals, 16,000-plus in one place, 17,900 in another and almost 4,200 in a third, which makes its own numbers hard to rely on. We found no FDA warning letter naming the company, and a research-use-only disclaimer is present.
Here is how we would sum it up. If you want to pay by card or ACH, you want international shipping, and you like a company that has been in business for more than a decade and answers a toll-free phone, Peptide Pros ticks those boxes. If you need a certificate for the exact lot in your hand, the public library does not give you one, and you should treat a first order as a small test with a request for the current certificate attached. Buyers who prefer a peptide-only supplier should also note that liquid SARMs share the shelves.
What we liked
- The company has been selling online since 2013 and answers a toll-free phone line, 1-888-391-1312, which is more history and more reachability than most of this group offers.
- The certificates it does publish are real lot-level documents from a named laboratory, MZ Biolabs of Tucson, Arizona, with lot numbers such as AF98762213 printed on them.
- You can pay by card, ACH e-check, Bitcoin, mailed check or bank wire, so nobody is pushed toward crypto.
- If a package never arrives the company reships at no cost, and any product that tests below 99% purity is replaced free.
- US Priority shipping is free over $150, and the company ships internationally, which many US suppliers do not.
What we would want fixed
- The COA page holds about 21 certificates dated 2021 to 2023, says 'MORE DATA COMING SOON' and links none of them from the product pages, so there is no document for the lot currently shipping.
- Trustpilot removed the company's profile for going against its guidelines.
- The site quotes three different review totals, 16,000-plus, 17,900 and almost 4,200, which makes its own numbers hard to trust.
- Liquid SARMs and other research chemicals sit in the same store as the peptides.
- There are no returns or refunds on products, and no email address or street address is published.

Peptide Pros vs other suppliers
Questions buyers ask
Is Peptide Pros third-party tested?
Partly. The company names MZ Biolabs in Tucson, Arizona and publishes about 21 lot-numbered certificates covering mass spectrometry and UV purity. The newest are dated 2023, though, and nothing is linked from the BPC-157 product page, so you cannot see a certificate for a current lot without asking.
Where is Peptide Pros located?
The company is headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida and ships from a facility in Colorado by USPS. It publishes a toll-free number but no email address and no street address.
How much is BPC-157 at Peptide Pros?
BPC-157 5 mg was $47.25 at our check, marked down from a list price of $56.60. TB-500 2 mg is $37.25, and Sermorelin 2 mg and Ipamorelin 2 mg are $23.99 each.
Does Peptide Pros accept returns?
No. Returns and refunds on products are not accepted for what the company calls health and safety reasons. Instead you get two guarantees: anything below 99% purity is replaced, and a package that never arrives is reshipped free once you have allowed 14 days domestic or 45 days international.
